Integration help and bug reports

Tell us what you are trying to build, which network you are using and whether it is mainnet or testnet. For a failed request, useful public references include the chain ID, coordinator address, request ID and transaction hash. Include the SDK or MCP package version, the exact error message and the smallest example that reproduces it.

General software bugs can also be reported in the relevant public GitHub repository. Remove credentials, personal information and private application data before posting. Check the documentation and service status first; a transaction still being tracked does not establish that its fee was lost or that another paid request is needed.

Payments, delivery and refunds

For an agent API payment enquiry, you may send the paymentId, request ID and relevant public transaction links by email. Share only the details needed to investigate your case. Keep the original payment record and check the existing request before authorizing another purchase. The refund policy explains the difference between an expired request, a failed callback and a payment awaiting manual refund handling.

Report a security concern privately

Email a concise description, the affected component or contract, and safe reproduction steps before publishing exploit details. Never send a private key, recovery phrase, wallet password, API credential or signed payment authorization. D20DAO does not need control of your wallet to investigate a report. Do not move funds or run a destructive demonstration to prove the issue.
